Approximately half a mile from the Madison County Nature Trail, it is one among the many trails overseen by The Land Trust of North Alabama.     High Falls Park

    One of my favorite things about Huntsville is its proximity to many other uniquely beautiful areas of nature. Huntsville is an easy drive to some well-known hopping places such as Nashville, Chattanooga, and Georgia. Locals can make day trips to some fantastic surrounding areas. One of my favorite day trips is to High Falls. High Falls Park is the most beautiful waterfall located in Grove Oak, AL, approximately 22 miles south of Lake Guntersville.
